I use this tv box (andriod base) and been using it since June. So far so good. It came with Kodi installed, I added Wookie so it is easier to use plus it got all the addon I needed. And for Chinese content, I use vChannel for Hong Kong, and 千尋 for China, Taiwan, Japan and Korean. You could check out Kiji Ottawa, there are local seller in Ottawa, they charge quite a bit more (almost double)
The seller in China took their time to ship my order, it took over a month cause I chose free shipping.
