We are here to help you! The Aqua Life Swim Academy would love to create a progressive, personalized training program just for you. We observe your comfort in the water, listen to your goals and carefully assess your skills and strokes. Then we work with you to improve whatever is holding you back.
Key elements of our Personalized Training include:
- instructors who have a competitive swim background and are certified Swim Canada coaches
- stroke, skills and endurance evaluation (video & underwater video)
- one on one personalized instruction and progression
- drills and exercises to solidify fundamentals (such as side breathing…)
- improve comfort, stroke efficiency and endurance
- warm water (86*C – 90*C)
- quiet & relaxed environment
