我记得好像是12月31号左右是WINTER学费的最后一天.


不交,只是要罚钱.

But If i registred 2.0 credit in fall and 2.0 credit in winter, should I pay them all before August 29?

I found follow information from Registration Instruction

"Both the fall term and winter term Amount to pay are due and payable in full. If u decide not to pay in full, registyation will be considered complete when the fall term amount to pay is received. Any amount left to pay (i.e winter term amount to pay) will be subject to an EPC."

Go to carleton central, and find and click on "payment arrangement", select fall term. Pay whatever it says there.

winter的不用现在交，
"Both the fall term and winter term Amount to pay are due and payable in full. If u decide not to pay in full, registyation will be considered complete when the fall term amount to pay is received. Any amount left to pay (i.e winter term amount to pay) will be subject to an EPC."
这段话意思是，如果你fall and winter一共要交10000，fall 5000, winter 5000,
你交fall时交了4900， 那就是paybel not in full, 交了5000以上就 in full for fall term了。
fall term and winter term 是指两个不同时段，both是指它们都适合用后面所叙述的情况。
