有啊。我的控制面板上有间歇这一档（on 20分钟，off 40分钟，循环） ，还有高、中、低速，定时20，40，60分钟（高速）。不知道你升级一下控制面板行不行。

I don't think it is good idea to keep basement window open in winter. If you do so, your water pipes will be frozen and cost more to repair. Install a radon fan is a better choice. It is not so difficult, it would cost less DIY - around $600 - $700 (fan, pipe and install kits + tool rental) depend on your basement. If your basement has rough-in (most new houses have), it will be much cheaper.

你这个是dedicated HRV，没有必要装定时器。想法在basement开个抽风口吧，那样效果更好。
