Check if it is upload or download usage? Maybe you downloaded some video and other people download from your computer or tablets? I had the same issue before. Upload usage is very high but I didn't upload anything. I figured out - somebody download video from my ipad Chinese video application!

以前也碰到过这个问题，还以为是被偷了流量，最后发现是家里某台电脑里的迅雷开着的时候，即便不下载，也会偷偷上传以前下载过的东西，限制上传量就好了。

I use Bell internet. I can see upload and download usage online - login to my account, I can see every day usage for these. I wonder if you can view your usage for upload and download. If you can only see the total usage, call custom service to ask the detail of the usage.
