pdg is file of superstar library.
you need a superstar software to open it.
And you should have the license for that file,
otherwise you can not open it.
That means you should use the same username and
password to download and read that file.

别担心，网上下载的超星图书大多数都是随便看的（不是直接从超星下载的那种），只要有个超星阅览器就行了。
