我看了下，应该是：
你先交 50 元，它给你寄个卡，这个卡上有50块钱，你可以打电话（0.15/分钟）发短信（0.10/条）。 开始用这卡以后每个月你交 48 元，它给你1GB 的数据用。

Thank you for your reply. So, it is a monthly plan and it does meet our requirement of 3-4 week uses. Does anybody know if there is SIM card that include call time and data without monthly subscription?

There is no binding contract, so you can just cancel it after one month. You also need to a Chinese ID to apply for it.

没有国内身份证就比较难办，而且取消要拿身份证去营业部办理。国内好像现在没有北美的预付卡类似的SIM计划。奇怪！
