很多医生有自己的诊所，比较年轻的，开诊所经济压力不小，参加Walkin诊所，好像一般私人开业的医生，每周都会一定时间在大医院工作，也是为了不要与世隔绝，跟上医学发展步调。

Most Ontario practicing doctors are self-employed. A typical hospital doctor is NOT an employee of the hospital. He/she is an independently contracted professional and is paid by OHIP on a fee-for-service basis. Is this so hard to understand, folks? The hospital and the medical staff are two different entities and are working on conflicting incentives. The hospital has a budget and the doctors always would like to make more money!
