Dental Insurance 可以不卖么？[问题]

UHIP已经买过了，dental insurance一定要买么？有没有没买的？我看到系里
给的入学说明上说dental和medician insurance都是必须买的。可是很多人买了以后也没用上，只好每年都去洗牙。

"As a full-time graduate student,you are automatically entitled to the benefits described in this section if fees have been paid.Part-time students may opt into this program by applying at the GSAED office before September 28th and paying the appropriate insurance premium.

Students can opt out of health and/or dental coverage by September 30 by providing proof of alternate coverage and completion of a waiver card at the GSA赡 office."
