About property tax

Can everybody share the info of how much of your propert tax has been boom up this year. Like the location, the type of property and the ratio.Do you think it is too much?

Actually, what is the property tax rate?

I know the total amount annual, but don't know the rate. Is it 1.25% roughly?

Does it also depenends where you live and how big the house is?

In US, it seems they have different rates for different school districts. However, they have the same rate in the same district regardless of the house.
