if we(international student ) need pay extra fee to ottawa u for swimming pool?

l just think it is free for every student coming from ottawa u .however, when l want to get into the gym and swimming pool . a guy says l shall pay extra fee for the gym and swimming pool. l tell them l have paid the incident fee .however. they said because u r international student, u should get the membership card . "if u want to get one , u must pay that ." that's true ? man . tell me

一般来说那里的工作人员都是学生,而且一般都很nice,如果有什么不明白可以耐心的问.再次说明,只要是注册的OU学生,凭OU的学生证可以免费的使用学校的体育场馆.如果大家遇到什么困难,请和渥大中国同学会联系,我们会尽力帮您解决.

The rules are that you
1) should be registered as full-time or part-time and
2) shouldn't be a secondary language student.
then you can use those stuff.

If you are are a student who only enrolls into ESL program offered by Ins. of Sec. Lang., you, unfortunately, can't use those stuff.
