There are two ways for you to apply for work authorization.
One is that you find someone who can hire you. There are alos two possibilities. One is one year term in the field related to your recent course. Second is a permanent job which you need a validation from HRC.
The other is, if you wanna apply for immigration, after you hand in your application files and get the file number, which means your application is under processing, you can apply for Employ authorization. In this case, you do no need the validation from HRC.
