You are the landlord, right? Then, the only way is to follow the by-law, or you can ask them to do you a favor.

1. call 311，找bylaw来。
2. 找那个单元的owner，告诉他，你的concern.
3. 找condo management，告诉他们，你的concern.

另外，学生很快就开学，平时这样的聊天会越来越少，倒是周末可能有party.

我的是house 他们租的在街对面的二楼;但是house 非常非常近， 说话听得倍清。我已经说了三次了， 基本每周末都有朋友来， 昨晚把他们吼进去了。刚才和city by law 问了， 把我转到了police 。police 让我下次直接找他们。 by law的必须是equipment 的才接。 希望大家不要碰到我的这个破情况。
