Rooms for rent in the new townhouse near Barrhaven Center( market Place) and bus 95 stop by 10 mins walk to the Barrhaven Center and Bus 95 stop, very convenient, banks, Walmart, Independent, Lablaw.... bus stops for Bus 95,99,176; 25 mins by direct bus to Algonquin Collage; about 45 mins to downtown and Ottawa University by direct bus; Amenities: washing machine and dryer, well-equipped kitchen:
1) )One Single bedroom on second floor , but have to share shower room;
Rent :$350 plus utility; water, electricity, and gas, internet, about $100 to 120 based on shared actual costs of the bill;
2) Large room on ground floor , but has to share shower room with someone on second floor
