Beaver Pond的地已经register了，最近Goulbourn Force Road那里一直有人在干活。估计离开盘不远了吧？另外RR以北也是要盖房子的，如果LZ不介意三五年后入住，可以等等。

KNL LANDS REGISTERED
Phase 9 (north of the Beaverpond) and phase 8 (near the new school) have been registered in large blocks and phase 7 (north of the Kizell Wetlands) will be registered soon. Council has approved a report for a Front Ending Agreement with KNL for a portion of the Goulbourn Forced Road(GFR) to be constructed as an urban road. Along the entire GFR alignment a water main is to be installed at the same time of the road construction. Tree removal cannot proceed until the Overall Net Benefit Permit for Endangered Species is received from the province. A report on the Kizell Municipal Drain Watershed is going to Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee on November 24th at 10 am at the former Nepean City Hall. An update will be given, as mentioned above, at the October Town Hall.

不过真不知道什么时候能真正开始。这块地是KNL（Richcraft）的，放狗搜索从2001年就准备开发了，因为遭到居民的反对，经历了各种延期。。估计现在终于差不多了吧，那个地方的老房子，有一排很豪的三车库豪宅，背对树林。。。可以看出，十多年前的好房子比现在大方多了
