加拿大技术移民的及格分数降为67分!

星期四早上,联邦移民部长科代宣布了两个重要改变:

1. 技术移民的及格分数由75分降为67分
2. 于2002年1月以前递交申请的,将按照老的移民分数线(65)审核

The CIC had to make this change. There are over 20 class action suit against CIC now, some are as large as over 1000 individuals. CIC would lose all the case, plus they'd have to pay billions of dollars of compensation. It is their only choice to back down on the new immigration law to avoid losing case, losing money, and losing face.
