Thanks for the welcoming message, honestly I couldn't give you a top-to-bottom load down of the programme since I never took it, but I had a lot of classmates in classes such as banking, stat, monetary policy et cetera that were in the Biz programme.
What I do know is the programme is a typical pyramid production model, lots of admittance given, much fewer diplomas presented. Honestly from what I see and what I know, I DO NOT recommend the Biz programme at UVic, since you are competing with a lot of already established professionals, i.e. employees of the provincial gov, visiting scholars from PRC and Taiwan universities. I know many Chinese int'l students drop out during 2nd or 3rd year because they do not possess the same foundation, rudimentary knowledge and/ or life-work experience in general, UBC Sander School of Business is a better choice, or if you already started working somewhat, go straight up for the MBA at Royal Roads, you can use your experience to compensate for academic achievements, if needed.
Hope this helps.
