Since one can check his immigration status on the web of Immigration Canada, I followed the steps on the web and entered the file number provided by Immigration Canada and personal information that the web site requests. However,the message I got is that "they cannot identify me given the information I provided". I tested many times and each time I got the same message. I am sure I provide every right information they need, but it won't work. Does anyone have used the web to successfully check his status?
