高大上的Wateridge village 新区

在华人社区你得学会marketing。。这地方离colonel by不太远吧?
IB学区房的招牌一打出来,还能再加五十K:shy:
要为了学区,merival和hunter club一带,citiplace那里有汤好似,还有滨河南里有好多新房,那是未来新IB的学区。

名副其实,那里就是个水坑。

对,是这个学校。以后这个学校要增设IB了。
 
房子是不错。只是河对面的岸边就是一个造纸厂,刮北风的时候会闻到木头味。蚋脐南面有垃圾山。村里的豪屋选址都不那么好。
你眼真尖,一下子就看到了要害!

我那半年前的惊叹帖今天被村长翻出来了,原来是为了呼应这帖的。

What: A 310-acre planned community of mixed residential, commercial and retail space on the site of the former CFB Rockcliffe. The first phase, 1A, consists of 214 townhomes, rear-lane townhomes, semi-detached and single-family homes.

Builders: Uniform Urban Developments, Claridge Homes, Tartan Homes; the developer is Canada Lands Company

Prices: Uniform starts at $810,000 for the 2,274-square-foot Griffith two-storey single on a 41-foot lot. Tartan starts at an introductory price of $499,900 for the Topaz townhome with 1,714 square feet and three bedrooms. Claridge is still determining pricing, but expects to have starting prices in the low $500,000s for a three-bedroom townhome with about 1,600 square feet.

我不看好Wateridge Village

发展商想把它打造成象westboro? 还是glebe? westboro 和glebe的高价定位有历史因素和他们附近背靠的社区资源。 westboro 依托意大利街和渥太华河; glebe依托dowes lake and bank street. 这两社区生活和夜生活,酒吧众多。 Wateridge Village附近有what? 想沾rockcliff 的光? vanier离 rockcliff也不远。 想弄学区房, 人家Colonel By IB 是全市招生, 即使靠附近居民进普通班,升学的时候想让招生办当IB来评判, 做梦呢。

同样户型, Wateridge Village 比已经是高大上的RR还贵25万, 真正有这财力的, 可以买很多真正豪宅区,这一片还是mass production, 说交通, 进downtown, 花的时间比RR 或石桥最多少5分钟。

Wateridge Village的推出对卡北新房(RR, KE 和New Heritage Hill),卡北高尔夫区旧房, 石桥新房,次新房都是利好,这些地方有Wateridge Village虚高的在上面顶锅盖, 上升空间非常巨大。
