谁知道SITE的internet怎么用。――――急[请求]

我带电脑过去看书，但是上不了网，别人都可以，开始有人告诉我要去www.laptop.uottawa.ca用自己的学生号和密码注册一下，我试了，头两次好用，但是从昨天开始偶就又上不去了。是不是要去什么OFFICE登记一下啊。再有SITE BASEMENT的哪个LAB说是指给注册SITE COURSE的学生用的。什么意思。。可以随便用不。。大家帮忙啊。谢谢

the laptop access in SITE sometimes doesn;t work.
the regular process is
1.open your explorer.
2.trye in http://www clickthe option yes and then click the link
3.it is a auto redirect link,it will bring you to the www.laptop.uottawa.ca
4.type in your student number,and then your infoweb password
5.click connect,then go go go

Students who have courses in SITE (School of information Technology and Engineering) are allow to use the Computer Lab right on SITE basement. If you don't have courses for ELG, CEG, CSI etc. You can't use computers there.

SITE building will not be closed unitl midnight.

Obviously, ECO courses are not SITE courses, so I guess you couldn't use the lab. You can try anyway.

Students have to enter the correct user name and passwords to log on the system

Actually no. It should be the account and password that SITE gives to you.

ADM students can only use computers at Vanier, MRT, Library. Other faculty's computer require a personal access code.

User name and Passwords is same as the info Web. In previous paper, some friends already said students who were in the school of management would not be allowed to use computers in the SITE, so...you can try anyway.

AutoPass doesn't mean you can use a computer without username and passwords; otherwise, it is not a lab but an internet bar.
My suggestion is to try to log in trough AutoPass. If system didn't know your username and infoweb pin, it would mean you were not able to use computers in SITE.
