Ottawa police are asking for public assistance to locate a 54-year-old man who has been missing since May 15.
According to police, Robert Russ, of Ottawa, was last seen on Murray Street in downtown Ottawa.
He is described as white, five-feet-six-inches (168 cm) tall, weighing 100 lbs (45 kg), with salt-and-pepper hair.
His appearance is described as “rough-looking” and police say he has a developmental disability.
Anyone with information about the man’s whereabouts is asked to call Ottawa police at 613-236-1222. Anonymous tips can be submitted by calling Crime Stoppers toll-free at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
