Health Canada co-op 面试

小孩子申请co-op，下周Health Canada 考试+面试， 不知道怎样准备，谢谢提供的任何信息

One side opinion: For Students Interviews it is more about how they conduct themselves in the interview itself. They generally are not looking for "Skills" per say since all the students attend the same courses. They generally ask questions that help determine if they are Self Starters, and independent Learners, so that there isn’t the need to hand-hold them as much. The overall Interview allows to gauge their communication skills and they ask a lot of questions about Team Based Projects to see how they respond when speaking about other team members.

其实父母想帮也帮不了，还是让孩子自己经历一下好，以后的考试面试多了，该放手时就松手。。。
政府coop面试估计没啥，只要不是很有“个性”，差不多都可以进。

准备面试最有效的办法就是多试几次，每次可能都不完全一样，不过聪明人自然能找到需要改进的地方

换句话说，就是要多申请，多找几个机会
