Police are asking the public to help them find a 54-year-old man who went missing a week ago without the medication he takes for a medical problem.
Chris Hughes was last seen Sept. 25 at the General campus of The Ottawa Hospital on Smyth Road.
He is described as white, 5’11” tall and 180 pounds. He has balding light-brown hair and a salt-and-pepper goatee. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, possibly with black or beige pants and black shoes.
His medical condition “has raised concerns for his health and safety,” police said.
Anyone with information about Hughes’ whereabouts is asked to call the missing persons unit at 613-236-1222, ext. 2355. Anonymous tips can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or by downloading the Ottawa police app.
