想买个新房,有啥推荐的啊?

在你上班地点半径10-12公里之内找房,不必必须是新房,location, location, locaiton。

如果不想以后再搬家,要考虑到将来孩子上学的因素。
同意!如果工作长时间稳定就在市中心的话,最好找通勤单程半个小时之内住处。每天通勤单程40分钟或者以上很痛苦特别是冬天,至少我是这么觉的。或者你的schedule是很早或者很晚那种避开高峰期。加之现在确定不了方向就找个交通方便的location,以后有孩子就知道方向了,回头搬家如果这房子location好招租不是问题吧?个人经验仅供参考

看了看riverside south, barhaven, kanata,还是不够确定该往哪个方向走。。暂时还没孩子,在downtown上班。[emoji23] 有经验的给点实质性的建议呗[emoji1]

As many already pointed out, Location, location..... Downtown new condos. There are new high rising condos with less condo fee and luxury amenities. No commute hassles and bus fee. still near LRT. you don't need a car for a while. It's expensive to buy/maintain a car. You could resale it or rent out anytime later on before move or condo fee going up. The other thing we should keep in mind that the condo fee includes some utility cost. I know a young man signed up one with Bowery a few days ago. He had the same wondering as you are now and visited a few houses. then all of us suggested to buy a condo first. It's not necessary to think too far. There are moving stages as coming along changing of family members. By the way, there are plenty of new/old town/single houses for sale in Ottawa. Thinking about this is a very cold, long winter city.

Richcraft build, Bowery near the Bay and Lisgar. $0.36/per sf condo fee
Claride build, Tribeca East or loft near Elgin and Lisgar (on top of Sobeys)
Soho, 300 Lisgar (having discount now)

Wateridge Village,算是离Downtown比较近的新房了吧,不过略贵
不知道GreyStone 那边还有没有Single了

从长远考虑,不要买Condo,日益高涨的管理费让人受不了,推荐waterigde village , 新开发的小区,有single & townhome, 当然这里比Kanata,Barhaven贵,但是地段好,离市中心近

想离市中心近,买新房而且要single house,就看你预算多少了。

刚查一下地图,waterigde village 在航空博物馆附近,这那是离downtown比较近?真能够瞎掰乎。从没有觉得那地段有啥好的!总的来说渥太华的东边往Orleans方向会差一些。
