What do you mean? Keep your existing tank and add another one? if you are adding one without any existing plumbing might cost you more.

加两根水管不需要太多钱，自己都能干。这样算不算有个backup热水系统

第一次听说热水还有backup的。不过我原来考虑安装比较贵的一款，它有的独立的流水管，可以保证水龙头开立刻有热水。不过要多＄８００，YY了一下还是没下手。
