找的别家做的，Rogers 上门，不收安装费本来就是deal的一部分，上门也有好处，他们测量信号，把家里以前留下的不用的filter拆了和有些线头换了，速度又有提高，1G的测下来900M左右

 

应当是只有新开用户。
以前几年用Bell也是一年的Deal，每次换个人名，email, 提前一天cancel.不知Rogers是否可以？
