为什么非得要步行上学？冬天-40度时很辛苦的

因为现在孩子上学路上要花费1个半小时，汽车火车地铁外加步行。住得近每天能省下至少两个半小时，还可以去上个兴趣班，好过在路上打游戏。

我们就是一直在纠结买还是租，看来这买的费用基本等同于四年的租金了。
可是一直看不至租房的信息出来，哪位有经验的给提个醒儿，那片区租两房或三房，租house或apartment，大概要多少啊？先谢了。

租不到说明租房市场很好啊，可以买个apartment自住，孩子读完可以出租，很好的投资有没有

步行上学还有个坏处，snowday的时候坐bus的可以在家旷课休息，走路上学的不行。

她们是正常上课，因为住得离学校太远了，所以路上全在玩游戏

孩子每天早上6点20出门，下午5点半到家，每天颠颠的也很开心，死活不愿意换别的学校。可是当看到孩子在车里累的睡着的样子，也是心疼的。所以如果条件允许，还是想住得近点。

了解了。就是提醒下可以考虑有普通黄校车的距离而不是只想着步行，这样你选择的范围就大些了。

不知道多少距离以外有黄校车？目测新家步行至学校也要10分钟左右。如果有校车的话，那冬天就不用送了。
