An man was taken to hospital by ambulance Tuesday morning after suffering severe injuries in a plane crash east of Prescott.
Grenville County OPP officers were called around 11:40 a.m. to the scene of the crash at 310 Froom Rd. in Edwardsburgh Township.
The pilot was the sole occupant of the single-engine plane, according to police.
OPP and the a crew from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre at CFB Trenton remained on the scene.
