One man has been hospitalized in critical condition following a shooting near the intersection of Anderson and Booth streets in the Chinatown area of the city.
Police were called to the scene shortly before 4 p.m. and found the victim.
Paramedics reported they arrived to find the victim in cardiac arrest and they revived him before transporting him to hospital.
He was listed in critical condition at the time of arrival at hospital.
Police said they have no suspects in custody and that the guns and gangs unit has been alerted to the incident, although it’s not sure whether they will assume control of the investigation.
