好像是，三套（2间的），6x （550 〜700）= 约4千。
喔，自住还有一套。

是渥太华。那种两、三层楼的旧房子。一层算一套吧。一间房6百左右的租金吧。
还有维修，空闲等等。不过好像很会管理，租客选得好。
