电脑不能上网了，请帮助，多谢！！

现在还不能上网. Network card 没有问题,又问了ROGERS , 他们说是操作系统有问题, 出现的ERROR MESSAGE是:
"framedyn.dll" was not found, reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
出现MESSAGE 的地方是(The Title of the message window is " rundll32.exe - unable to locate component

我的电脑用的是ROGERS CABLE 上网，昨天突然不好使了，不能上网了。已给ROGERS 打
过几次电话查找原因，它们说不是他们的原因。更换了新的网线，也不好使。他们说可能是操作系统的问题，让我
重装(我用的是WINDOWSXP)。但我现在没有。
他们说还有一种可能就是我的网卡坏了，要我换个新的。
各位大侠有何高见，请帮助，

Try this:

Open a CMD prompt an type:
copy %systemroot%\system32\dllcache\Framedyn.dll %systemroot%\system32\wbem\Framedyn.dll /y

or re-install system.

Thanks a lot for your help,
I followed your instruction to copy the file, after I type your command, it gave me "1 file copied"
But then I type "ipconfig", the system still does not recognize the IPCONFIG command, that means it is still not working.

I do not have WindowsXP in my hand, so I cannot re-install the system again.

anyway, thanks a lot for your help,if you have any other ideas, please let me know.

Open a CMD prompt an type:
copy %systemroot%\system32\dllcache\Framedyn.dll %systemroot%\system32\wbem\Framedyn.dll /y

or re-install system.

After I enter CMD and type the Path, this is the result:

This is the Path of my PC:

After I enter CMD and type the Path, this is the result:
Path=C:\PROGRA~1\REFLEC~1;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS\COMMAND;E:Java\JDK1.4.0\BIN

Then you need to add %systemroot%\system32\wbem in path.

Looks like your pc has other problem too. infected?

Somebody told me doing the following:
"download latest WMI SDK from microsoft then install it may fix your problem.

The dll you mentioned is for WMI."

Do you know what's this? I can not find the WMI from the internet.
Do you have some other ideas?
