You need vapor barrier. I just install laminate floor in my basement few months ago. Below you can choose one.

推荐DMX airflow 或者DMX 1-step，我在地下室铺的engineer floor用的airflow很好用。水泥subfloor不用找平，而且踩上去是软的。
