One other thing, are we paying out tuition fee as certain amount per course in UO? Or, international students have to pay a fixed amount no matter how many course you takeing? Like i paid the same money for this year and last but i am taking 4 courses instead of 5 which i took in winter. Isn't that supposed to be less since i only have 4 this year??

4 courses are full time status for undergrads, so no matter how many courses you gonna take, from 4 to 7 as full time, you pay the same amount.
