禁止使用一次性交代不是city的事，是`联邦的事。这不是现在就禁止。到时也肯定会有对应的办法解决你狗狗的问题。你过滤了。
禁止使用一次性胶袋肯定会带来不方便。这是显而易见的。但是相对于好处，我其实是相当赞成的。
