严肃点儿说，我觉着首先让房客写个书面申请，理由，数额，期限。然后和房客坦承你的房贷压力，比如你也失业了，你们同病相怜: 如果你还不了贷款，银行会拍卖你的房子。。。
最坏的是拿着这些找银行协商延期还贷。
如果这是各别情况，银行有能力比照自住房方式处理。如果是大面积的情况，政府会有相关政策。
基本上现实就是 nothing can be done。 从请愿政府重视，有行动估计疫情过去了。
