请教哈：第一部分他分析老川确切才发动贸易站,就为收点钱补减税的窟窿。第二部分说18年老川政府得到发行债券的无限制授权，就是可以任意发债，所以不缺钱了。那我的理解就是老川或者美国人通过这招就能解决钱的问题，为什么还一定要发动贸易站？我质疑这个逻辑或者说这个原因分析的对不对。

I asked Jim did people who bought airline stock Friday and today know more than Warren Buffet who sold all his airline stock?

To be honest, in March, I knew what I should do, but now I am lost, and I think I will be lost at least in the full month of June. Tom Lee said: " there are 5 T dry powder parked in money market fund." That almost scared the shit out of me. After searching 5 T in MMF. I suddenly recalled Tom Leee forgot Warrant Buffet has 132 B in cash. But didn't we heard President Trump said: Warran Beffut made a mistake?

Hollywood filmmaker should recruit him for next Oscar Winner blockbuster movie: COVID-19 Wall Street ( I name it). David Portney could be a millennial with Robinhood Broker account, now shelter in place at his apartment with no parties to go, no sport events to gamble. He is trading the stocks now. I watch the clips twice and feel more entertained than going to the movies. I hope your guys enjoy it too.

政策总是变来变去，老百姓难啊 我一开始以为城管也难，后来我同学告诉我，城管有任务请小贩摆地摊，完成任务有奖金。现在他们又有任务轰小贩回去，完成任务还有奖金。拿俩次奖金，挺高兴。
