今天朋友说冬季学费１１月２０日是交费的deadline，在那之后交就要charge钱了～是不是真的～？今天美金汇率跌倒1.28900１，这日子没法过了～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～

A non-refundable late registration charge will take effect at 12:01 a.m. on the following dates if the Payment Status is not showing as Complete:

Fall Term: September 4, 2003
Winter Term: January 6, 2004
