这个是否指税单.( tax return)???

it contains the information about your tax return. you can call CCRA or go to their office at downtown to get a copy of "Option C Printout"

Can I use "tax return" which is Notice of Assessment instead of it?

Sorry, I don't know. but CCRA's office is in downtown, you can go there and get a copy of "Option C Printout" right away, and it's free. why you don't go there and get one?

CAll the CCRA number listing on the Guide. just say you need copy of "Option C Printout", they willl mail u ,and u should get it within 5 days

just call 1-800-9598281 and ask for it. they need your SIN and other peronal information.
very easy. i did that and received the mail in 3 days. it's similar as your tax return but
not exactly the same.

是它，因为要原件，如果手头没有，可以去税务局再要一份。
