Here we go! Last sheet out!
Let me tell you this: your dealer, specifically Mohammad Islam, is carrying on an international money laundry scheme. They are using the check you provide to access information in your bank account, then turn it into one of the accounts controlled by one of the international criminal organizations. When one day you find out that you can not access your bank account, you could inquiry your bank the reason, right? But not so fast, as long as you encounter the problem to log in to your account, and your phone would be ringing. An RCMP or CISIS officer would inform you that you are under investigation of an international laundry scheme by providing your bank account to an across-board criminal organization, and a search warrant will be issued soon. You would be panic and mind-blowing. But don't panic just yet and you have a chance to correct it. The office will tell you that RCMP and CISIS currently are executing a campaign, named Operation Foxhunt. If you decide to cooperate with, you could avoid charges against you. Your task is very simple, just continuously use your bank account to fish out more criminal members of this organization by putting $2000 into your bank account every week for the upcoming four weeks. RCMP or CISIS will inform you and reimburse your money when this Operation Foxhunt accomplishes.
Scary enough? and more confused? You come into the wrong place and CFC only makes your problem more mess.
But thank me later!
I have looked through the three sheets you provided in this forum. I don't see the big problem in these 3 sheets if you provide all the info about this transaction: 1. white sheet, unpaid balance ( outstanding): $4860.18 in finance; each payment: $ 694.32; the number of payment: 7; and final payment: $694.32. Check! 2) yellow sheet was 60-month finance for $ 35,089.45 @ rate 6.97%; since this contract has been void no need to analyze its details. If you still worry about it, let Mo sign it and indicates void. 3) Final note you provide just now disclosed where $30,229. 21, the cash you paid goes and what it is for. Check!
A few things need to clarify: you said " 他说他也可以挣点" who is "他"? Mo or Dealer? You should ask him. Also " 他的解释事LOAN是60个月open的" what he mentions 60-month loan for? You are on 7-month finance.
Caveat: This post was based on the info OP posted. I have no knowledge of any other contracts or agreements OP could have with the dealer or MO. I suggest OP contact an accountant to review all the contracts he signed with the dealer. It won't cost you much to get your life back with peace of mind.
Enjoy your new vehicle!
