I bet most of these people claiming to be PPC voters are Liberal operatives. It should be clear to everyone at this point how far the Liberal Party will go to win, nothing is off the table for them.

I'm involved in many northern projects, most of a larger scale than this. Lots of great points made here, consulting/design has degraded in general the last 10 years nationwide. Any guess who the majority of the engineering subcontacts go to? That's right, SNC Lavalin.
