Ontarians can access a PDF #COVID vaccine certificate with the information needed to prove they are fully vaccinated at http://covid19.ontariohealth.ca. An enhanced vaccine certificate with unique QR code and a verification app will be available beginning Oct 22.
Vaccination receipts are a statement of vaccine dates and details.
