furnace温控器(thermostat)的开关出门前关掉了（打到中间off位置，左是cool，右边是heat ），现在外20天家中没人，希望室温低于引起水管爆裂的某个温度时，暖炉会自动打开，是这样的吗？

这是个好主意，如果是用电池的，把电池也换了吧

谢谢楼上各位回复。听说furnace在低于5度时，会自动开启，只要furnace通电，即便室内温控器关掉也会自动开启。真希望是这样啊

有些furnace是有连接temperature sensor 的，是会有低温保护启动的。但我遇到的百分之九十多的furnace都是不会有temperature sensor 的，关了就是关了，是不会自己启动的。不要大意。
