为啥之前那么长的时间里没有出现类似现在的这个校园屠杀案？整个美国出现校园屠杀也只是近10年开始重复出现的。

之前呢？美国又不是20年前才开始允许持枪，之前那么长的历史，为啥没有出现校园屠杀？？
