Ottawa – The flags at the Nepean Client Service Centre will be lowered to half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Wednesday, November 2 in honour of the late Frank Reid who passed away on October 20, 2022.
Frank Reid was a Canadian football player and former politician. He played for the Ottawa Rough Riders, seeing his career to a Grey Cup win in 1973. After retiring from football, he spent 11 years on Nepean City Council, including six years as a member of the Ottawa-Carleton Regional Council.
