懂医的朋友帮我看看,医生是否开错药了?

小儿感冒后耳朵痛,后来流脓.
应该是中耳炎耳膜穿孔.
医生开了抗生素CEFZIL和滴耳液SOFRACORT(sterile ear/eye drops,Antibiotic-Corticosteroid).(Hoechst Marion Roussel Framycetin Sulfate-Gramicidin-Dexamethasone Compound Antibiotic-Corticosterbid)
我查了滴耳液SOFRACORT,这药的CONTRA-INDICATIONS(禁徵候)中有一栏: perforation of the eardrum(耳膜穿孔).

是不是耳膜穿孔后就不能用滴耳液SOFRACORT了?
很着急,已经用了滴耳液两天了.

那位懂医的朋友帮帮忙,多谢!

SOFRACORT 里的 Antibiotic 只要不是庆大酶素(GENTAMYCIN)就问题不大

your concern is, to my understanding, if there is a perforation of the eardrum. Pus does not necessarily mean there is a hole. You can call your doctor or even you can have a look yourself, making sure there is no perforation.

Thank you all!
I got that medicine from a walk-in clinic. I don't have family
doctor here in Hull(not enough doctor).
I visited that clinic again.
Another doctor said she is not sure there is perforation or not.
But she advised us to stop that medicine.

不管是褒还是贬了，总比直接骂好多了。

我说上面的话，是因为有人帖了个俄语的东东（又删除了），看不懂了。让我觉得丢了俄语，蛮可惜的。
