白宫有强硬者说租了算法 那还不是控制在中国公司手上？

川普搞不定中国和俄罗斯，不断退让，想通过租规避中国监管，难道中国会同意？

这种步步退让方式是谈判的大忌，充分暴露了己方的真实目标，那些所谓的“国家安全”只是借口，得到算法是目的，抢不成就买，买不成租也好。

Tiktok 依靠算法优势已经在扩展欧洲市场，如果美国封禁，很可能再次 go dark.
