不论是油砂开采还是炼油过程，政府都会收取一定比例的环保税。这些环保税自由党更愿意拿来帮东南亚国家对抗气候变化，愿意帮助非洲lgbt适应气候变化，而不愿意亲历亲为，监督小公司做善后处理。道理很简单，自由党政府根本不在乎环境，只在乎对这些公司税金和罚金。
