Two options:
1. working out will definitely cheer you up.
2. try VD and magnesium. You can buy VD+K2 and Magnesium Bisglycinate from Costco.
CAUTION: take VD in the morning and magnesium at night. I have taken those supplies over one year. It works pretty good. But doing both of options is the best way.
