我的问题是，

中介一直没有提到要我付中介费，我是不是要确认一下？

文件1，2 都是LEASING， 都是安省的，只是格式不同， 为何要签两个？

这边都是制式合同，基本上是偏向租客的，没什么好纠结的。你要留意房东额外增加的条款就行了。你要是官方的制式合同都不同意，房东也不会租给你的。至于租金，确实是中介向房东收，一般是双方的经纪各收半个月租金。
