i will just repeat those steps

开机按F8
然后选择带命令提示的安全模式
然后打
cd \
cd %systemroot%
cd system32
cd wins
attrib -r *.exe
del *.exe
exit
alt+ctrl+del
Windows Task Manager里头选Shut Down->Restart
进注册表删除
包含有winblast.exe的那个键值。在run里头
然后在服务里头找到Windows auto update好像这么叫得一个服务，记不清了
去注册表继续搜索这个服务，删除

然后打补丁，或者关端口
